Refund policy

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced.
If your order is successfully cancelled, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once the package has been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase, and contact our customer service team before sending anything back to confirm the return address.

Important Notes

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or a customer’s reason, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping fee and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra charge.

  • We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the posting process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days before your refund appears.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, please reach out to us at support@canvalogy.com for assistance.
