We currently ship only within the United States.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer standard domestic shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

We currently ship only within the United States, including:

Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) or international destinations at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If your order is returned due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@canvalogy.com.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.
